This page contains a number of photos to show you our set up , each of our rabbits as it's own shed with attached out side secure enclosure to which they have all day free access , we believe that rabbits should not only have plenty of space but also the freedom to behave naturally.

Our does are only bred at the most twice a year , breeding pairs are allowed to run freely together (under supervision) for between two to three weeks but are housed separately at night , we find this works very well as it's more of a natural enivroment for them where they enjoy each others company and will spend many hours just grooming each other.
The Maternity shed (or suites as we call them :-)) are kept clean and comfortable for mum and her babies with genourous amounts of straw and hay strewn around the shed for them to dig and play in. The birthing hutches are 8 feet long which gives mum plenty of space to move about freely to tend her kits. When the kits are around 4 weeks old the birthing hutch door is propt open at night so mum can have a break from her babies if she wants , she then as the extra space to free run inside the 8 by 10 foot shed her birthing hutch is housed in as well, plus during the day she as free all day access to a secure outdoors enclosure attached to the maternity suite so she and her babies can go in and out as they like.
We are against inbreeding! so our rabbits are only ever bred from unrelated stock. We do not cross breeds. Each rabbit is kept up to date in receiving vaccinations against Mixi and VHD. Babies do not leave to go to their new homes before 10 weeks of age and each will have been veterinary health checked before they leave. Before you take your new baby bun home we will give you as much information as we can concerning the younsters parents , grand parents etc. We always take the welfare of our rabbits very seriously! so accurate records of each babies sale/new home address etc ……. are kept on file.
